SAN ANTONIO -

The family and friends of Paul De Leon gathered on Saturday to celebrate his life four years after his murder.

17-year-old De Leon was shot and killed in December of 2009 at the intersection of New Braunfels and Fair on the Southeast Side.

His brother and sister were in the car with him at the time of the shooting.

Four years later, police have not yet found the person responsible for his death.

According to the victim's mother, a new detective has been assigned to the case.

The memorial service was held at De Leon's graveside Saturday on the anniversary of his birthday.

He would have been 22 years old.
