SAN ANTONIO – A child reported missing last month was found alive Saturday in Tennessee.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the 12-year-old was last seen at a relative’s home on Crestway Drive on June 20.
Investigators said they believe the child was being held against her will. The Sheriff’s Office said at least one person is in custody, but it is not releasing any more details right now.
The child is being checked out at the hospital.
KSAT 12 News is withholding the child's name to protect the child's identity. Authorities said the child may be linked to a human trafficking case.
