SAN ANTONIO -

More showers and thunderstorms are expected across the San Antonio area Tuesday.

KSAT Weather Authority Meteorologist Mike Osterhage says some of the showers and storms may be on the heavy side, however the Flash Flood watch across South Central Texas has been cancelled.

According to the National Weather Service, the rain will most likely arrive mainly after 1 p.m. Tuesday and stay in the area until 1 a.m. Wednesday.

The chances of rain on Wednesday are 50 percent.

The rain means another day of cooler temperatures.

Mike expects a high of 87 and a low of 73 for Tuesday.
