SAN ANTONIO – Friday marked the start of six years of operation for Morgan's Wonderland.
Founder Gordon Hartman said while the theme park is designed with special-needs individuals in mind, it is built for everyone's enjoyment.
"Morgan's Wonderland is not a special-needs park. It is a park of inclusion, and people recognize the importance of that and have gotten behind it, and that's why we've had the success that we are (having)," Hartman said.
Hartman said a major expansion project will be announced soon.
Several new features will be added to the park by 2016.
