SAN ANTONIO -

A motorcyclist who was ejected from his bike after a crash and then fatally run over has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.

45-year-old Chance Stavinoha was riding his motorcycle around 11:30 p.m. Friday on SW Loop 410 when he attempted to exit onto Interstate 35, but lost control of the bike.

He crashed the motorcycle and was ejected, and then struck by two vehicles.

The driver of the first vehicle stopped to render aid. The second driver did not, San Antonio police said.

Stavinoha was pronounced dead at the scene. The first driver was not expected to face charges. The second driver is sought by SAPD.
