SAN ANTONIO – A husband and wife are confirmed as the people killed Thursday in a stabbing on the city's North Side, the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office said Saturday.
The victims are identified as Jessica Jimenez Ybarbo, 35, and her 40-year-old husband, Ernest Gil Ybarbo III.

Investigators also confirmed that the victims died from stab wounds.
The wife's death has been ruled a homicide, but the husband's cause of death is still pending, the ME's Office said.
Police said the couple's teenage special-needs son reported finding them dead inside their home in the 1800 block of Budding Boulevard.
