Bexar County receives annual health assessment
SAN ANTONIO -

Health industry leaders were in Bexar County Wednesday unveiling its annual health assessment for the county.

The report said obesity rates and teenage pregnancy rates have improved.

Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff said there are still a number of problems facing the community, including the number of uninsured residents.

The annual report is released by the Health Collaborative which includes a variety of medical leaders such as University Hospital, Well Med, the Methodist Healthcare System and the Baptist Health System.
