A man and woman identified as Tina Rodriguez, 20, and Eric Hernandez, 21, are accused of taking part in an act of violence against a man who owes them money.  

An arrest warrant affidavit stated Bexar County sheriff's detectives responded to a call June 21 regarding shots fired into a home in the 4400 block of Lost Hills in Elmendorf.

Deputies said a woman told them she went to investigate a noise outside the home a found two men, one wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and the other with a bandana covering his face.

She told police one of them pointed a rifle at her then fired shots into the front door, the affidavit stated.

Detectives said a man who lives in the home later admitted he owed the suspects money, the affidavit stated.

He identified one of the suspects as Hernandez, while someone else told detectives Rodriguez was in the getaway car, the affidavit stated.

The other male suspect, according to the affidavit, was identified as Rodriguez's brother. However, it does not appear that he has been arrested yet.

Both Rodriguez and Hernandez face a charge of aggravated assault.
