SAN ANTONIO – An argument in a South Side parking lot ended with gunfire Monday.
The shooting happened around 2 p.m. outside the Kwik Trip food store near the intersection of South Flores Street and Southcross Boulevard.
Police said a man in a truck and a man in a car were in the parking lot and got into an argument.
Investigators said the two men began to fight. The man driving the truck then pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the chest.
Police are searching for the shooter, who drove off.
The victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
