SAN ANTONIO – The bodies of a man and a woman were discovered in a home Thursday morning on the city's North Side, police said.
San Antonio police Chief William McManus said the couple's special needs son made the discovery around 8 a.m. in the 1800 block of Budding Boulevard.
The teen had gone to school, but for some reason came back home and found his parents, McManus said. He called a relative, who called police.
It appears the victims were stabbed, McManus said.
