SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a suspect who stabbed a man on the city's East Side.
The stabbing happened just after midnight in the middle of Iowa and South Pine Street.
Police said the two men were fighting when the suspect stabbed the other man three times.
The suspect is described as a man who is missing fingers. Police said they do not believe the suspect lost his fingers during the attack.
The suspect ran away from the scene.
The victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
