SAN ANTONIO -

Police are asking for the public's help in finding two suspects wanted in connection with a theft that occurred at the Macy's located in San Antonio.

The San Antonio Police Department said the incident happened at 7:50 p.m. on May 21 at the Macy's at 6301 Northwest Loop 410.

Police said the suspects entered the store and concealed sunglasses, with a man carrying a bag and the woman carrying a purse. Both of the suspects walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise, according to police.

According to a worker inside the store that saw the crime, the two had placed the sunglasses into the bags. After doing a quick inventory, the witness told police about $1,000 worth of sunglasses were stolen.

The suspects fled the scene in a dark blue Chevrolet Impala, possibly a 2007 year model vehicle, said police.

San Antonio police describe the man as Hispanic, approximately 5-foot 8-inches and weighs 185 pounds. Police described the woman as Hispanic, approximately 5-foot 5-inches and weighs 130 pounds.
