SAN ANTONIO -

Power to the San Antonio International Airport was disrupted briefly Tuesday evening.

According to a spokesperson for the airport, power to both terminals was out for about 45 minutes, starting around 5 p.m.

CPS Energy is investigating why the power was disrupted, but as of 6 p.m., had not released a reason.

The baggage claim area was the last to have power restored -- workers there were having to load luggage manually.

By 6 p.m., power had been restored to virtually all of the airport.

There was no indication that flight service was disrupted.
