A man wanted in San Antonio in connection with a series of robberies and attacks on the Northwest Side has been arrested near Houston.
Houston police and Deputies with the U.S Marshals arrested 23-year-old Corey Gabriel on Sunday. SAPD issued a warrant for Gabriel's arrest earlier in the week.
San Antonio police said Gabriel is connected to at least two cases where women were either robbed or sexually assaulted along the Interstate 10 corridor from September 2012 to January 2013.
San Antonio Police Chief William McManus was expected to release more details on Gabriel's capture on Monday.
