SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Pets Alive! will waive some adoption fees this weekend during a special adoption event.
Starting Friday, dogs six months and older can be adopted at no charge.

SAPA said it is offering the adoptions to approved adopters due to overcrowding at its facilities.
Hundreds of dogs are eligible for adoption at the four SAPA locations listed below:
Paul Jolly Center for Pet Adoptions, 210 Tuleta, San Antonio, TX 78212
- Hours: Monday-Friday 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. -- Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
PETCO Adoption Center, 6001 NW Loop 410, #103, San Antonio, TX 78238
- Hours: Monday-Friday 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. -- Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m.- 7 p.m.
San Antonio Pets Alive! at San Antonio Animal Care Services, 4710 Highway 151, Building One, San Antonio, TX 78227
- Hours: Monday-Friday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. -- Saturday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. -- Sunday Noon - 4 p.m.
San Antonio Pets Alive! Adoption Center and Clinic, 9107 Marbach Road, #109, San Antonio, TX 78245
- Hours: Monday-Friday 12 p.m.- 7 p.m. -- Saturday 12 p.m.- 7 p.m. -- Sunday 12 p.m. -- 6 p.m.
