SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police arrested a man accused of selling marijuana from his Northwest Side apartment.

Travis Davenport, 20, is charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

An arrest affidavit stated officers found almost seven and a half pounds of marijuana throughout Davenport's apartment in the 12700 block of Engelmann Drive.

The affidavit stated police went to the apartment last Thursday to serve a warrant.

Officers said three men were inside the apartment, two of whom said they were Davenport's roommates.

According to the affidavit, one of the roommates eventually confessed that they along with Davenport had been selling marijuana out of their home.

However, he told police things got out of hand and they got "stupid" with the business.

San Antonio police said they also found a scale and other drug paraphernalia along with some hallucinogenic mushrooms in the apartment.

The affidavit did not mention whether the roommates also face charges.
