SAN ANTONIO -

Police say a cell phone and a driver's inattention are to blame for a rollover early Monday morning.

The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. as the driver took the exit ramp from Highway 90 East to Interstate 35 South.

Police say the driver was about to exit when he looked down at his cell phone, crashed into a guardrail and flipped the truck on its side.

Both the driver and passenger were treated for minor injuries at the scene.

An open container was found inside the truck, but police say neither person showed signs of intoxication, police said.
