A third suspect has been arrested in connection with an illegal gambling operation on the near Northwest Side, San Antonio police said.
Adolph Pruneda, 70, has been charged with Keeping a Gambling Place, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
The arrest stems from a raid last month where SAPD vice detectives busted an illegal Texas hold 'em operation at a building in the 5000 block of Interstate 10 West near West Avenue.
The affidavit stated detectives found gambling paraphernalia including chips, cards and a lock box containing $3,600.
The Bexar County Appraisal District lists Pruneda as the owner of the location. The affidavit stated other suspects involved in the investigation identified Pruneda from a photo as a participant in the illegal poker games and the property owner. A total of ten people were rounded up during the raid.
Last week, KSAT reported on two other arrests connected to the operation. Jeremy Stewart, 38, was accused of being the card dealer and Nidsa Ruiz, 36, was accused of being a waitress at the location.
