SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects accused of committing an aggravated robbery at a local food mart.

According to police, the two men walked into Sam's Corner Food Mart, located at 750 Cincinnati Ave., at 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 5.

Witnesses told investigators one of the men had a pistol and demanded money from the cashier while the other man acted as a lookout. When the cashier would not comply, they said the man with the gun threatened to shoot her. A witness then stepped in to hand money from the register to him.

The suspects took the money and ran out of the store. Police said they were last seen heading south on N. Calaveras toward Culebra.

Anyone with information regarding these suspects' identities and whereabouts are urged to contact the San Antonio Police Department's Robbery Unit at (210) 207-0300.
