SAN ANTONIO -

Multiple overnight accidents led to an arrest and injuries.

The first accident happened around 10 p.m. Friday on Highway 90 at Highway 151.

Police received a call for a driver driving erratically in the southbound lanes on Highway 151 from Loop 410.

When the man got on to the ramp from Highway 151 to Highway 90, he changed lanes and hit another vehicle. That vehicle then crashed into four more vehicles.

Two people were taken to the hospital.

The erratic driver tried to flee the scene, but was caught a short time later near 36th Street.

No word on what charges the driver will be facing.

The second accident happened around 11:40 p.m. Friday near Vance Jackson Road and Lemur Drive.

According to police, a woman's friends tried to take her keys away from her as she was leaving a bar, but she pushed them away and drove off.

The woman later lost control of her vehicle, hit a telephone pole and rolled her car over.

Firefighters had to get the woman out of the car.

Police then arrested the woman for on charge of driving while intoxicated.

The third accident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near Pleasanton Road and Formosa Boulevard.

According to police, a red car was speeding down Pleasanton when hit crashed into a dually truck.

One of the two passengers in the red car was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

No one in the dually truck was injured.

The driver of the red car was given a blood alcohol test at the scene.

No word if the driver will face any charges.
