SAN ANTONIO -

An SUV driver ran two bike riders down early Sunday, and then took off.

Police are now searching for that driver.

The crash happened around 2 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Camden and Atlanta streets downtown.

According to police, a silver Tahoe hit a man and woman on their bikes at the intersection, and then took off.

Police say the crashed knocked both victims off their bikes.

They then walked to Brooklyn and Camden, where police and EMS found them.

The woman refused treatment and convinced the man to walk with her four more blocks to Downtown Baptist Hospital.

No word on their condition.
