SAN ANTONIO -

Three men were taken into custody Sunday night after River Walk patrol officers apparently caught them red-handed with spray paint in cans and on their hands.

Officers on the River Walk said they have been searching for graffiti taggers for months.

Signs, trash cans, and maps in the King William district have all been vandalized.

The arrests came after officers said they spotted what appeared to be a fresh tag job.

Police have not released any other details and there is no word on the exact charges the three men will face.
