Suspects sought in robberies at seafood spot, food mart

Fred's Fish Fry, food mart on Bandera Road robbed by two men

SAN ANTONIO – A pair of suspects are sought in connection with two armed robberies that occurred late Sunday night.

The first robbery was reported just after 9 p.m. at the Fred's Fish Fry in the 1400 block of Bandera Road.

Police said two men walked into the restaurant with a gun, demanded cash and then fled on foot.

About 15 minutes later, police reported a second robbery at a food mart in the 1900 block of Bandera Road.

Police believe the same men robbed both businesses, but no arrests had been made as of 8 a.m. Monday. No injuries were reported, police said.
