WEBSTER, Texas -

A teen girl from the Houston-area is accused of bringing young girls to a man's house to participate in sex acts with the man, who is known as 'Money Mike.'

The 17-year-old is charged with compelling prostitution. Webster police told the Associated Press the suspect would drive the girls to Michael Wayne McIntosh's home and receive a percentage of more than $3,600 paid to the girls.

McIntosh, 62, also known as "Money Mike," was arrested on Halloween and charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child, KPRC-TV Houston reported.

Webster police said McIntosh met the girls, between ages 14 and 17 years old, at Hooters, Bone Daddys, Twin Peaks and other restaurants. Police say he would then invite them over to his house in Friendswood.

Investigators said the restaurants were simply meeting places and nothing inappropriate happened there.

The teen madam allegedly told other "easily manipulated" girls she participated in sex acts for money with McIntosh and took them to his house. She has been arrested and posted a $40,000 bond. McIntosh is free on $120,000 bond.

The girls involved all go to the same school district -- Clear Creek ISD, according to KPRC-TV.
