SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who they said shot another man to death.

Police investigators said Rosalio Anthony Barraza, 18, shot Isaac Arrocha, 25, around 3:45 a.m. on July 20, 2013, following an alleged argument outside a home in the 3300 block of Weir Avenue.

A witness told police they heard arguing between two men, followed by five or six gunshots. She said she then saw Barraza (pictured) running down the street.

Another witness said he saw Barraza shooting at Arrocha, who he said was trying to get away from Barraza. He said he initially tried to run after Bararza, but stopped after he turned and pointed his gun at him.

Other witnesses told police they saw Barraza's vehicle in the vicinity of the shooting.

The medical examiner determined Arrocha had been shot three times: once in the chin, once in the left shoulder and once in the hand.

Barraza is wanted on a charge of murder. He is described as being 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with black hair. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to Barraza's arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call 224-STOP.
