Teens arrested in fatal shooting, home invasion on TPC Parkway

SAN ANTONIO – Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting and home invasion of a man in far north Bexar County.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests of Jason Marino, 18, and Ethan Yoast, 18, on Tuesday morning.

Both suspects are charged with capital murder and have received a $1 million bond.

The shooting occurred Sunday at 10 p.m. at an apartment complex on TPC Parkway.

The victim was shot multiple times and transported by Airlife to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Bexar County sheriff's investigators determined the incident was the result of a home invasion and identified the suspects through evidence found at the scene, according to a news release.

Investigators are working to determine a possible motive and more arrests are possible. No other information about the case has been released.
