Texas Crime Stoppers has announced it is offering a $3,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of Noah Earl Allen, Jr., 45, on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) said Allen has a violent criminal past and is considered to be armed and dangerous. He is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.

Allen's criminal history includes sexual assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of firearm by felon, and DWI.

According to DPS, Allen's last known address was in San Antonio and he also has ties to Houston. He has been known to work as a bricklayer and laborer.

Allen is described to be 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. His tattoos include a Grim Reaper on his chest; two tears under his left eye; “Rolling 30’s” and dice on his left hand; and “Bad to the Bone” and “Pitbull” on his left forearm. He also has pierced ears and scars on his right forearm and near his left eye.

  • Text the letters DPS – followed by the tip – to 274637 (CRIMES) via cell phone.
  • Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive and clicking on the link under his/her picture.
  • Submit a Facebook tip at www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
