The student and a friend met at Ferguson’s apartment, which she shared with her fiance, a couple weeks later and had sex again.

The student told police that he and Ferguson had sex in the apartment on several occasions.

Most recently, the student and Ferguson had sex in the back of the student’s pickup truck after a Nov. 4 football game.

"Ms. Ferguson told [the student] that she knew it was not the right thing to do, but it felt right at the time, and that she was going to break it off with her fiancé because she didn't feel anything with him," court documents state.

Ferguson is charged with sexual assault and was released Dec. 1 after posting a $100,000 bond.
