The city of New Braunfels will enter into Stage 3 water restrictions beginning Monday, July 29, the city announced on Friday.
Officials blamed the continued drop in the Edwards Aquifer for the ruling. On Friday, the level was measured at 639.1 feet, triggering the declaration.
