A big rig hauling a piece of a concrete culvert flipped on 281 Saturday afternoon causing a major traffic mess.
That truck overturned taking a curve on 281 southbound at Hildrebrand around 2 p.m..
Police on the scene said it appeared the driver took a curve too fast, and flipped the rig on its side.
The truck dumped the large concrete structure on the highway.
That broke the concrete into several pieces, and forced police to shut 281 southbound down.
The highway was to re-open after 6 p.m.
