A truck was rear-ended by a driver who was not paying attention.

This happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday near San Pedro and Loop 410.

According to police, the truck was stopped at a red light when it was rear-ended by a car not paying attention.

The two people in the truck were treated by EMS at the scene.

The passenger in the car was taken to a local hospital with injuries to her face caused by the airbag.

The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital with chest pains.

Police are still investigating, but believe alcohol may have been a factor.
