A Wagner High School teacher is on administrative leave after an adult website log-in page popped up on his personal laptop.
The teacher brought his personal laptop in to class for a substitute to show the students a video. District officials say the video was fine, but after it ended an adult website log-in page appeared with provocative pictures.
The substitute reported it to school administrators and the unnamed teacher was placed on leave.
Steve Linscomb, a spokesman for Judson Independent School District, said it is a violation of the district's technology policy for employees to connect their personal computers to the district network.
"What we're trying to find out (is) if any district resources or even district time was used in order to view some of this material," said Linscomb.
