SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police arrested a hit-and-run driver after a witness chased him into North West Side apartments.
The incident happened around 11 p.m. Friday.
According to police, a man was crossing the street on Fredericksburg Road when a car struck him and the driver took off.
Witnesses said another witness followed the suspect into an apartment complex in the 100 block of Babcock Road.
Police arrested the man. He is facing charges.
The man who was hit was taken to University Hospital.
