Federal investigators said Bland diverted mail from some victims and used the IDs of others to open accounts and spend money in the names of at least 46 victims. Some of those people were elderly.

A judge has told Bland she is not allowed to open new lines of credit or checking or savings accounts. She is also not allowed to access computers or the internet.
