HOUSTON -

There have been new developments in the pregnancy scandal involving Texans running back Arian Foster.

According to the attorney for Brittany Norwood, the woman who is suing the football player, Foster continues to harass her and there are text messages to prove it.

Doug York, Norwood's attorney, released about 20 messages that his client received from Foster.

"I get so jealous thinkin bout u ******* someone else.  It hurts me to the core....You're all I have...," said one text.

In another, Foster allegedly wrote, "...when did I once ever say my life was perfect? Did I not say you filled a void in me that I had never felt before? Don't let this wife and kids facade fool you.  I'm here for my babies. I don't kno what to say. I hurt you like no one ever.  It wasn't supposed to happen this way."

They went on to read, "It's not easy!!! I kno that!!  It's just u taking on the burden. I'll have to with it as well. But we did this together and never wanted to. Because of the situation we're in.  We can't bring life into the world under these circumstances..."

York told KPRC-TV Houston his client and Foster tried to make peace but Foster made a recording.

BN: "You never harassed me. Like, I will tell him that."

On the audio clips, which were just made public, you hear Norwood back down on some of her original claims.

BN: "I never once said that you told me to get an abortion."

BN: "And I said that, I was like Arian's not a monster, like he's not at all."

BN: "I love you and you're still the father of my child and I'm not going to let anyone desecrate your ***** name"

"She attempted to make peace with Mr. Foster," said York. "Sadly, Mr. Foster was making a recording to bend what he knows is the truth."

Foster's attorney, Gary Zimmerman, issued the following statement to KPRC-TV.

"Ms. Norwood and her attorney are engaging in a shake down to get millions of dollars from Arian Foster. Arian and his wife are standing together and ask the public to respect their privacy. We will vehemently fight these false allegations and restore Arian's good name."
