Woman thrown from moving car

Victim airlifted to SAMMC

SAN ANTONIO – A woman was airlifted to the hospital after she was thrown out of a moving car late Saturday night. 

According to police, the woman was arguing with her boyfriend who was driving.

She was thrown out of the car in the 4400 block of Pleasanton Road. 

Police are trying to determine whether the woman jumped out of the car or if her boyfriend pushed her. 

Emergency Medical Services took her to a nearby field where she was airlifted to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
