SAN ANTONIO – You can add Fiesta apparel to your grocery list, because H-E-B is now carrying all your Fiesta needs.
Buyers travel all over the country to find the latest in fashion apparel for San Antonio's unique style.
“Our South Main brand, which is sold exclusively at H-E-B, is basically a brand for us, for our region, for our customers,” Kim Till, apparel buyer for H-E-B, said. “The Fiesta top and this assortment really speaks to that.”
H-E-B works closely with designers to tailor the apparel for San Antonio’s unique style, she said.
“We work with the designers to explain to them, 'This is who we are, this is what we love,'” Till said.
H-E-B likes to immerse designers in the San Antonio culture to grasp the region's identity and voice, she said.
“Often we invite (designers) down, to kind of experience (Fiesta), because with designers and creative people, it really helps for them to really capture the essence,” Till said
Thelma Cavazos, associate apparel buyer, said she encourages the community to check out H-E-B’s newest fashion line.
“Go out to your H-E-B now, and get ready for Fiesta tomorrow," she said.
