The Buffalo Bills will not make a contract offer to wide receiver David Nelson, ESPN reported Sunday, citing a league source.
Nelson will be an unrestricted free agent.
Nelson missed most of the season with a torn ACL. The injury occurred Sept. 9 against the New York Jets.
In his first two seasons, Nelson caught 92 passes with eight touchdowns with the Bills. He was an undrafted free agent out of the University of Florida in 2010.
