New York Knicks Rookie guard Iman Schumpert is expected to miss his second straight game Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks because of patella tendinitis in his left knee.

The Deseret News and Hoopsworld reported Wednesday that Schumpert will also pull out of the NBA Slam Dunk Contest because of the injury. Utah Jazz forward Jeremy Evans has been added to the contest, according to the team's official website.
A news release to officially announce that Evans has replaced Schumpert is expected later on Wednesday.
