SAN ANTONIO – Usually the Big Three —Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili — are the focal point of a Spurs championship run.
However, so far in the Western Conference semifinals, LaMarcus Aldridge has carried the Spurs through Games 1 and 2 against Oklahoma City.

Aldridge is averaging 39.5 points in the first two games. He scored 38 points in Game 1 and 41 points in Game 2.
The big three have scored a combined of 36 points in the first two games of the series.
Things are obviously different for the big three with Aldridge in the lineup especially since he has found his way.
Tim and Tony are fine with LaMarcus getting the points and the shots, after all, he is being single covered and is red hot from the floor.
"LaMarcus has been playing unbelievable, so if he keeps playing like that, it’s our job even if we get four shots, three shots, we have to make them," said Parker.
"We are still running our offense just when he starts rolling like that, we are going to give him the ball," said Duncan. “And keep riding him, (he) has done and unbelievable job scoring the ball."
Parker, who has only taken 12 shots in two games, said it can be hard to get into a rhythm when you only get three or four shots a game unlike when he was getting 15 a game, but he has to make the most of those chances.
"I know that is my job now, that's my life now and I have to make those shots and that's it," said Parker. “I know I am going to get for three, four and then I am not going to see it for 10 minutes, but its like that."
For the big three, it has always been about the big win, even if another teammate is leading the charge.
The Spurs and Thunder will resume their series in Oklahoma City. Game 3 is Friday and Game 4 is Sunday.
