The NBA season is over, but the offseason fun is about to begin. Here are some key dates and what to know about another busy offseason for the Spurs.

(NOTE: David West has already reportedly declined his player option with the Spurs and will become an unrestricted free agent.)

June 22 — Manu Ginobili’s deadline to decide whether he will pick up his player option to play one more year with the Spurs. The immediate decision is not expected to be the end all for Ginobili who could opt out, then re-sign with the Spurs later this summer or decide to retire after the Olympics.

UPDATE: The Vertical's Shams Charania reports Ginobili has declined his player option for 2016-17 season.

June 23 — The Spurs pick 29th in the first round of the NBA Draft, but there are reports San Antonio might make a move to move up the board. The 29th pick is currently the Spurs only selection.

June 29 — Tim Duncan’s deadline to decide whether he will pick up his player option for next season. This is essentially the same scenario as Ginobili. Duncan could opt out, decide to re-sign or retire based on what the Spurs accomplish during the offseason.

June 30 —  Boris Diaw is slated to get $7 million guaranteed next season if the Spurs do not waive him before June 30.

June 30 — Spurs deadline to extend qualifying offer to Boban Majanovic. The Spurs are expected to extend the offer to Boban so when he becomes a restricted free agent, the Spurs could match another team’s offer if they choose to do so.

July 1 — NBA free agency moratorium begins and lasts until July 6. Teams can court and visit with free agents, but a contract cannot be officially signed.

July 7 — Teams can officially sign free agents. More often than not, reports are leaked beforehand about which player will sign where so we should have an idea if the Spurs were able to recruit a key free agent.

July 8 — The Spurs will once again take part in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. The Spurs won the Vegas summer league last year behind Kyle Anderson and Jonathon Simmons so the 10-day league does carry significance for player development.

Aug. 6 — Basketball begins at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. The Spurs are expected to be well represented in Brazil with Kawhi Leonard (USA), Tony Parker and Boris Diaw (FRA), Manu Ginobili (ARG), Patty Mills (AUS) and possibly Boban Marjanovic (SER) expected to represent their countries.
