Wish comes true for young J.J. Watt fan

Jeston Adams, 8, is awaiting heart transplant

HOUSTON – Even though Houston Texans' J.J. Watt didn't practice on the first day of training camp, he still made a big impact with a young fan whose wish came true.

Jeston Adams, 8, is awaiting a heart transplant and is a huge fan of the Texans the star defensive end . Jeston connected with Watt this summer through the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

During Sunday's training camp, Jeston's wish came true when he was able to meet Watt and some of the other players and throw the ball around.

"It was great. 'Did you have fun today?' 'Yes.' We're like big brother and little brother almost, where we just joke around and have some fun. He's a good kid," Watt said.

Watt recently also met with 9-year-old William through the Make-a-Wish Foundation. William was diagnosed with leukemia. His story was featured on ESPN on July 18.
