SAN ANTONIO – A man is in critical condition after being hit by a car overnight, San Antonio police said Tuesday.
The accident occurred just after 9 p.m. on San Pedro Avenue and West Evergreen Street.

Police said a man in his 40s was crossing the road and was not in the crosswalk when he was hit.
The man was taken to University Hospital for his injuries.
The driver did stop and police said he will not be facing any charges.
