SAN ANTONIO -- The following roadways are under water Thursday morning due to the heavy rains:IH 35 in both directions at Salado Creek IH 35 in both directions between Somerset and Cassin Road US 90 in both directions at Leon Creek Potranco outside of Loop 1604 Water on the left lane of the westbound IH 410 travel lanes. Motorists are asked to find an alternate route.
