SAN ANTONIO -

A cold front arrived Sunday morning, bringing in cold air and gusty winds to South Texas.
The bigger story is what happens starting Sunday night.

Temperatures will bottom out in the low 20s in the Hill Country and mid to upper 20s in San Antonio. Expect below-freezing temperatures for several hours, which could pose a threat for exposed outdoor pipes.
Wind chill values will be in the teens to low 20s.
High temperatures on Monday will struggle to get out of the upper 30s to low 40s for most of the area.
Another cold night is expected for Monday night into Tuesday morning. This time it's expected that temperatures will be even lower than the previous night and for a longer duration.
Lows in the Hill Country will be in the teens, while in San Antonio and the rest of south central Texas will be in the 20s. High temperatures on Tuesday will rebound into the upper 40s to near 50 degrees
