Mariah Medina is a digital journalist at KSAT 12.

As a San Antonio native, she enjoys being able to tell stories unfolding in her community. During her time at KSAT 12, she has assisted in a number of investigative stories about area law enforcement agencies and has reported on high-profile stories such as the mass shooting at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs, the Austin bomber and Hurricane Harvey.

She frequently appears in KSAT 12's daily news segment on Instagram TV, sharing the top stories of the day.

Prior to her role as a digital journalist, she served as an assignments editor and digital journalist at other local news outlets.

She is a 2016 graduate of Texas State University and is currently attending St. Mary's University School of Law.
