SAN ANTONIO – University Hospital brought trick-or-treating to children in the hospital this Halloween.
Superheroes, ghosts and goblins got to trick-or-treat in the hospital's Sky Tower on Tuesday.

In addition to a costume parade, the children also got to hang out with Shamu and Coral from SeaWorld.
Most of the children are at the hospital because of illness or injury and can't get out and celebrate with their friends and family, so the Child Life team tries to make sure the little patients get a happy hospital memory for Halloween.
