SAN ANTONIO - Whole Foods is recalling a brand of cereal because of a production mix-up that contains peanuts.

The company made an announcement on Oct. 6 that 365 Everyday Value Organic Raisin Bran will be recalled due to the fact that some boxes contain Peanut Butter Cocoa Balls -- not Organic Raisin Bran.

People with an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they eat the cereal.

The recalled cereal was sold in Whole Foods Market stores and online at Amazon.com, the company said.

Those who purchased the cereal in stores can bring a valid receipt into the stores for a full refund. Thhose who bought it online will receive an email.
