SAN ANTONIO – The United States Postal Service is honoring former President George H.W. Bush Wednesday on what would have been his 95th birthday with the dedication of a new Forever stamp.

The stamp image is a portrait of Bush painted by artist Michael J. Deas and is based on a 1997 photograph taken by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders. Phil Jordan was the art director and stamp designer.
