SAN ANTONIO – The 32nd annual Trouble in Toyland Report has been released ahead of the holidays.
The Texas Public Interest Research Group put together a list of toys they consider hazardous.
More than 30 toys were on this year’s report. Some toys contained lead, others were flagged for choking hazards and some toys made the list for data-collecting.
One doll specifically, called "My Friend Cayla," has been banned in Germany for violating the privacy of children. The doll uses speech recognition technology and works simultaneously with Android and IOS.

Two brands of fidget spinners caught the attention of researchers for large amounts of lead. The Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Brass and The Fidget Wild Premium Spinner Metal were included in the list.
Dr. Mark Gilger from the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio also made it a point to let the public know about a magnetic toy that was pulled off the market several years ago but is now being put back up for sale after a magnet manufacturer won a lawsuit.
Gilger says the toy was once known as buckyballs or magnetic balls.
"We had a baby five years ago that swallowed about 30 of these (magnetic balls). (The magnets) perforated so many areas in the intestine, the child no longer has an intestine," Gilger explained.
